1. Sale Price
The Asset is offered at a total consideration of:
USD 2,437,538,523 (two billion four hundred thirty-seven million five hundred thirty-eight thousand five hundred twenty-three United States dollars).
2. Assets Included
The sale includes, without limitation:
The domain name LIMITED.WS, with a prepaid registration term of ten (10) years from the date of transmit;
A SuiteDash Lifetime Access license, transferred subject to the publisher’s applicable terms and conditions;
All transferable rights, titles, and interests held by the Seller in connection with the Asset, except where expressly excluded.
3. Transaction Method
All payments shall be conducted exclusively through Escrow.com or an equivalent internationally recognized escrow service;
The transaction shall be completed in accordance with escrow procedures, including verification, compliance, and release conditions.
4. Governing Process
Transfer of the domain shall occur only upon confirmation of cleared funds by the escrow agent;
The Asset is transferred “as is, where is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as may be expressly agreed in a definitive written agreement.
